Figurative Trademark

A figurative mark is a mark consisting of:

  1. exclusively figurative elements;
  2. a combination of verbal and figurative or otherwise graphical elements;
  3. verbal elements in non-standard fonts;
  4. verbal elements in colour;
  5. verbal elements on more than one line;
  6. signs that cannot be reproduced by a keyboard;
  7. combinations of the above.

A figurative mark must be represented by submitting a reproduction of the sign, showing all its elements and, where applicable, its colour(s).
