I have several variations of my logo. Which one should I register?

You should prioritize the version you use most frequently in commerce, since that is the version most likely to be seen by consumers and linked with your goods and services. It’s also the version that is most likely to be copied.

However, if you’re not on a tight budget, you should register each distinct version separately. If resources are limited, consider the following: in the US, a black-and-white filing typically covers all color versions of the same design, making it a cost-efficient choice. In other jurisdictions, filing the primary version you use most in commerce is the practical starting point, with additional versions added over time.
