Should I trademark my logo, name and slogan at the same time?

If all three elements are in regular commercial use and meet the registrability requirements, registering them simultaneously establishes the same priority date for each, which is the strongest position.

Practically, each of your branding elements is assessed individually. The name as a wordmark, the logo as a figurative mark, and the slogan as a wordmark are three separate applications with three sets of fees. A slogan faces a higher bar for distinctiveness than a name or logo, so it is worth confirming registrability before committing to that application.

If budget is a constraint, prioritize the elements that carry the most commercial value and are most likely to be copied.
