Yes. Wordmarks and figurative marks are filed as separate applications and can be filed at any time, independently of each other. Filing the wordmark now establishes priority for the name immediately, and the logo can be protected through a separate application whenever it is ready.

Filing them at different times does mean each has a different priority date. If protecting both from the same date is important, filing simultaneously is the better approach.
