No. Specimen fees are charged per class of goods or services, not per specimen submitted. You can include multiple specimens within a single class at no additional cost.

The fee structure for specimen-bearing filings is as follows:

Statement of Use (intent-to-use applications): $150 (Kč 3,800) per class
Declaration of Use (5th–6th year maintenance): $225 per class
Renewal combined with Declaration of Use (10-year): $525 per class

These are government fees paid directly to the USPTO.
