Yes, you can revive an expired trademark within a set grace period in most jurisdictions. This period typically lasts 6 months after expiry, and renewals incur additional charges.

However, after the grace period closes, the mark is considered dead, and revival isn't possible. The owner has to file a separate, new application. The exception is the US, where a petition to revive an abandoned application can sometimes be filed, but this applies to abandoned applications rather than expired registrations, and success is not guaranteed.
