Does the inclusion of a space " " in the word make any difference in trademark registration?

Spacing does not meaningfully affect registrability. IP offices treat marks that differ only in spacing as confusingly similar; removing or adding a space between words is not considered sufficient to distinguish a mark from an otherwise identical or similar earlier registration.

File the application with the spacing as used in commerce. This is the version that will be registered and should reflect how the mark actually appears to consumers.
