File an application with the IP office of the country where you want protection. Most IP offices accept online filings through their official portal. The application requires the mark, the applicant's legal details, and a list of goods and services in the relevant Nice Classification classes.

Depending on the jurisdiction, you may be required to appoint a local legal representative. Non-US applicants filing with the USPTO must use a licensed US attorney. Non-EU/EEA applicants filing with the EUIPO must appoint an authorized EU/EEA-based representative. In most other jurisdictions, self-filing is permitted for local applicants.
