Chinese trademark fees are charged per class at ¥300 (approximately $47) per class, covering up to 10 items of goods or services per class. Each item beyond 10 within a class costs ¥30 (approximately $4) additionally. For two classes with up to 10 items each, the total government fee would be ¥600 (approximately $94).

Please note these are government fees paid directly to the CNIPA. If you file through a representative, additional fees for their services will apply.
