The filing fee for one trademark class in the EU is €850 (Kč 21,350) for online applications. Paper applications cost more. This covers the base application fee, which includes one class of goods and services.

Please note this is the government fee paid directly to the EUIPO. If you file through a representative (an attorney, law firm, or online legal service), additional fees for their services will apply.
