How much does one trademark class in Japan cost?

The cost of one trademark class in Japan is approximately $108 at the application stage, plus approximately $253 at registration (payable once the application is approved). An installment option for the registration fee is available at approximately $132 per class.

Please note that the JPO does not accept direct payments from applicants residing outside Japan. Payment must be made through an authorized local representative.
