We searched online and found a similar trademark registratered in China. Will it create any issues with our registration?

Not in markets where you are not registering. Trademark rights are territorial; a Chinese registration provides no protection and poses no opposition risk in the EU, US, UK, or any other country where the mark is not registered.

If you plan to register in China yourself, the similar Chinese trademark is a direct risk and should be assessed before filing there. In markets outside China, the Chinese registration is irrelevant to your application.
