The cost of one trademark class in the EU is €850 (Kč 21,350) for online applications. This is the base application fee charged by the EUIPO and includes the first class of goods and services.

Please note this is the government fee only. If you file through a representative (an attorney, law firm, or online legal service), additional fees for their services will apply.
