Is trademark specimen the same as trademark drawing?

No. A trademark drawing and a trademark specimen are two separate things serving different purposes.

A trademark drawing is the visual representation of the mark submitted in the application; the precise image or text that the USPTO records as the mark being registered. It shows what the mark looks like.

A trademark specimen is real-world evidence showing how the mark is actively used in US commerce in connection with the goods or services. It shows the mark in use; on a product, packaging, website, or marketing material; proving that actual commercial use is occurring.
