If the intellectual property office dismisses my application, will I get a refund?

No. Filing fees paid to an IP office are non-refundable regardless of the outcome. If an application is refused, withdrawn, or abandoned, the fees are not returned.

This applies to government fees only. Service fees paid to a legal representative are also generally non-refundable, depending on the specific terms of your agreement with them.
