If my trademark expires, can I get it back?

Yes, if your trademark has expired, you can still review it within the grace period. Most jurisdictions allow trademark renewal up to six months after the expiry date, though additional fees apply for late renewal.

After the grace period closes, the trademark is considered dead and cannot be renewed. If you still want protection for the same mark, you would need to file a new application, which starts the registration process from scratch with no guarantee of success.
