In most jurisdictions, expedited processing is not available on demand. The main exception is the US, where the USPTO's Track One program offers prioritized examination for an additional fee, reducing examination time from approximately 12 to 14 months to around 2 to 3 months.

The EUIPO's fast-track procedure accelerates examination for applications using only pre-approved TMclass terminology, typically completing examination within one month rather than the standard timeline.

In most other jurisdictions, there is no formal expedited route. The most effective way to avoid avoidable delays is to file a complete, correctly formatted application from the start and conduct a trademark search beforehand to reduce the risk of office actions or oppositions.
