How much time do I have to submit a trademark specimen?

You have six months to submit your specimen, counting from the date of issuing of the Notice of Allowance. If you know you won't be able to meet this deadline, you can ask for a six-month extension. You can ask for up to five extensions, giving you a total of 36 months to submit the specimen.
