Can I start using my trademark right after filing the application?

Yes. You can use your brand commercially from the moment the application is filed. Legal protection runs from the filing date, not the registration date, so your priority is established immediately.

While the application is pending, use the ™ symbol alongside the mark to indicate that trademark rights are being claimed. Once registration is confirmed, you can switch to the ® symbol.
