A website screenshot submitted as a trademark specimen must meet the following requirements:

  • The screenshot must be real and capture an actual, accessible webpage; not a mockup or digitally altered image.
  • The mark displayed in the screenshot must exactly match the mark included in the application.
  • The mark must be legible and clearly displayed.
  • The screenshot must include the URL of the page and the date it was captured.
  • The page must show the goods or services available for purchase under the mark, with a visible price and ordering mechanism.
