Yes, provided the screenshot meets the USPTO's requirements. A website screenshot is one of the most accepted specimen types, but it must satisfy all of the following:

  • The specimen and the mark must be legible and not cropped.
  • The mark must match the originally filed mark.
  • The screenshot mustn’t be altered or edited.
  • If you’re offering goods, the screenshot should show them, alongside the ability to purchase them (with the URL and date).
  • If you’re offering services, the screenshot should show them, alongside the ability to purchase them (with the URL and date).
