Can I submit a packaging as a trademark specimen?

Yes. Product packaging is one of the most commonly accepted specimens for physical goods. To be accepted, the specimen must meet the following:

The mark must be prominently displayed on the packaging.
The mark shown must match the mark as originally filed.
The packaging must make clear what product is being sold under the mark; through a product description, an image of the product, or by clearly showing the product itself.
The specimen must be a real photograph of actual packaging, not a mockup or rendering.
