Missing the standard deadline for the renewal of your trademark doesn’t immediately end your trademark rights. In most jurisdictions, you still have a six-month grace period after the expiry date during which renewal can still be filed, though additional fees typically apply.
However, if that grace period also lapses without a renewal, the trademark is abandoned completely. You lose your protection, and a new application must be filed to re-establish rights. Any similar marks registered in the interim may prevent the new registration.
Trama handles trademark renewals; don't let your trademark lapse.
