Prepare a trademark assignment that names you (or the current owner) as the assignor and the new company as the assignee. The document should identify the trademark by registration number, the parties involved, and the effective date of the transfer.

Once signed by both parties, submit the assignment to the IP office where the trademark is registered along with the required recording fee. The register is updated once the office processes the submission, at which point the company becomes the official owner.
