No. An EU trademark covers only the 27 EU member states. Switzerland is not a member of the EU and requires a separate national trademark registration through the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IGE/IPI).

If you need protection in both the EU and Switzerland, you should file an EU trademark with the EUIPO and a separate Swiss application, or use the Madrid System to cover both in a single international application.
