Not automatically. A trademark registered in one country provides no protection elsewhere. A UK trademark is valid in the UK only; a German trademark is valid in Germany only.

The exception is registrations filed through multi-country systems. An EU trademark registered with the EUIPO covers all 27 member states. An international registration through WIPO's Madrid System covers whichever member countries were designated in the application. Outside of those designations, separate national applications are needed.
