Is it mandatory to get my trademark in my domicile first?

No. There is no requirement to register a trademark in your home country before filing elsewhere. You can register in any country regardless of where you are based.

The one practical exception relates to the Madrid System: to file an international application through WIPO, you must have a pending or registered trademark in a Madrid System member country (your "office of origin"). This does not have to be your home country, but it does need to be a member state where you have a genuine connection.
