What happens if my brand name/logo I use on Amazon doesn't match my trademark?

Amazon Brand Registry requires that the trademark you submit matches the brand you use on Amazon. If the name or logo on your listings does not match your trademark, enrollment may be denied or access revoked.

Before filing a trademark application, confirm that it accurately reflects the name and logo you use on Amazon. Once filed, the mark cannot be changed; any significant discrepancy between your Amazon branding and your trademark may require filing a new application for the version actually in use.
