Do I need to pay extra for the Notice of Allowance?

The Notice of Allowance itself is issued at no cost. However, once it is received, the applicant must file a Statement of Use and pay $150 (Kč 3,800) per class included in the application.

If extensions of time are needed before filing the Statement of Use, each six-month extension request carries an additional fee of $150 per class for electronic filings. Up to five extensions are available.
