Are UK trademarks valid in Europe?

No. Ever since Brexit, UK trademarks registered with the UKIPO are only valid in the UK. They provide no protection in any EU member state, including Ireland.

Vice versa, an EU trademark registered with the EUIPO no longer covers the UK. Businesses operating in both markets must register separately in each jurisdiction.
