In the US, the filing fee for both intent-to-use (ITU) and use-in-commerce applications is the same. The difference arises later in the process.

An intent-to-use application requires a Statement of Use to be filed once the mark enters commercial use, which carries an additional fee of $150 (Kč 3,800) per class. This fee is separate from the original filing fee and is only applicable to ITU applications; use-in-commerce applications do not incur it.

Please note these are government fees paid directly to the USPTO. If you file through a representative, additional fees for their services will apply.
