The USPTO fee for renewing a US trademark is $525 per class of goods and services, if filed before the grace period. This fee covers the renewal of the registration for a further 10-year period and is filed together with a Declaration of Use confirming the mark is still in active US commercial use.

Please note this is the government fee paid directly to the USPTO. If you renew through a representative, their service fees apply additionally.

Renew your trademark quickly, affordably, and with no extra hassles.
