Does the registration in US give international protection to trademark?

No. A US trademark registration doesn’t provide protection outside of the US jurisdiction. Trademark rights are territorial; a registration in one country doesn’t transfer rights to another country.

To protect a trademark internationally, separate applications must be filed in each jurisdiction where protection is needed, either through direct national filings or through the Madrid System for multiple countries simultaneously.
