Can I register a trademark in the US as a non-resident?

Yes. The USPTO accepts trademark applications from non-residents. Residency in the US is not a requirement for registration.

Non-US-domiciled applicants are required by law to appoint a licensed US attorney to file any trademark-related submissions with the USPTO. This applies to the initial application, all responses to office actions, and all subsequent filings.
